Prognosis
The prognosis primarily depends on how far the disease has spread when it is first diagnosed. Cure rates for testicular cancer are generally very good, and on average more than 90% of people with testicular cancer will be cured irrespective of the spread of the disease. Where the stage of the cancer is favourable or the cancer is diagnosed very early, the chances of being cured are nearly 100%.
Rapid, early diagnosis significantly increases the chances of being cured.
