Quality management
The quality policy of our clinic is forward looking and characterised by its active patient orientation. In addition to a high level of medical quality, we also aim to offer you a maximum degree of patient safety. To ensure that we are able to fulfil this, we not only comply with minimum legal requirements in terms of quality assurance but we have also established a number of elementary tools and standards over and above these in our day to day work.
Certification
Our clinic has been in possession of DIN ISO 9001 certification since 2007. This is both nationally and internationally the most important and the most widespread quality management standard and places particular emphasis on process orientation. All essential operational processes are followed and their efficiency tested. The focus in the healthcare sector is thereby above all on patient safety.
With the aid of the tools in our quality management system, we are able to control our processes on a daily basis, initiate improvement measures and check their effectiveness. To ensure that no weak points are overlooked, our processes are monitored annually by independent DEKRA auditors. The quality seal we receive from this auditing organisation is certification of our compliance with the standards.
