Patient safety and risk management

Risk management is an integral component of quality management. Naturally, any errors in the provision of medical care can have serious consequences for the affected patient. Logically, measures for improving patient safety are of huge benefit in this context. The anaesthesia department operates a quality management system and has been in possession of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 certification since 2007.

Maintaining safety and improving the quality of patient care is our prime concern.

The Urological Clinic Munich-Planegg employs a number of different quality instruments to achieve this.
