Energy policy

We are aware that working in patient care has a direct and indirect impact on the environment. This is why we continually strive to achieve improvements in energy efficiency and environmental protection.

One way in which we have given expression to our energy consciousness is with the ÖKOPROFIT (ecological project for integrated environmental technology) scheme organised by the city of Munich in 2016. We successfully passed this energy audit, in the course of which we also tested and modernised the efficiency of our technical house facilities and put them into operation (heating energy, emergency power and co-generation plant). For this commitment, we were awarded the title of ‘ÖKOPROFIT energy centre’.
